Requirements:
- 2+ years of full life cycle IT recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring
- Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market
- Basic understanding of software development roles and technologies
- Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication and negotiation
- Good command of English (Intermediate+)
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-organization

- Recruiting, executive search, and headhunting of IT, IT-related specialists of different levels and skills
- Salary benchmarking, candidates market research and analysis
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Manage relationships with specialized IT recruitment agencies
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs
- Calculate, plan and execute different ways to build talent pipelines
- Solve different recruitment-related questions with clients and internal teams
- Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes
