Our Bank starts a Digital Transformation journey, which has a goal to enable transformation of the Bank to become a digital enterprise, improve effectiveness and speed for digital products, services, and processes, to build new Microservices digital platform and implement modern engineering practices. We believe that all this can be implemented only if talent is attracted. So, we are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter, who will able to help us to find the best IT talents.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full life cycle IT recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring
  • Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market
  • Basic understanding of software development roles and technologies
  • Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication and negotiation
  • Good command of English (Intermediate+)

Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, executive search, and headhunting of IT, IT-related specialists of different levels and skills
  • Salary benchmarking, candidates market research and analysis
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Manage relationships with specialized IT recruitment agencies
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs
  • Calculate, plan and execute different ways to build talent pipelines
  • Solve different recruitment-related questions with clients and internal teams
  • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes
