INADEV is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our IT talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting IT personnel for corporate and Federal consulting positions.
The IT Recruiter will report to the account executive and conduct recruiting as assigned to identify, locate, and evaluate potential candidates.
Work Location: Mclean, VA. Currently remote due to COVID. A hybrid schedule will be available post-COVID.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities:
- Source resumes utilizing online job portals and other sources
- Review candidate qualifications and rank candidates according to fitness for the position
- Contact and screen candidates to verify credentials and references
- Schedule and coordinate managerial and technical interviews
- Maintain clear records of recruiting activities and provide routine periodic reports to the account manager
- Perform other recruitment support duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience primarily for positions such as Full Stack Engineer, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Software Architect, Linux/UNIX System administrator, .
- Attention to quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for all positions via, social media, job boards, career fairs and internal database
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Experience creating, posting and promoting all positions on ATS and external job boards
- Strong time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
