POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Researcher who will identify and utilize different tools to attract talented people to the company while maintaining a positive candidate’s experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source for IT professionals using versatile channels
- Keep contact with candidates
- Pre-screening candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Support team with recruitment related tasks
- Provide market analysis
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience is an advantage)
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Experience in candidate search techniques like networking, databases, job boards, GitHub etc.
- Very good communication capability
- Excellent people skills and able to relate positively to staff
- Willingness to learn
