Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Git and CI/CD Pipelines(Jenkins, TeamCity, Git); DevOps tool.
- Operational excellence, quality management, technical and analytical experience.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data with a metrics-driven focus.
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Using analysis tools (ELK, Splunk, MS Excel, Service Now).
- Developing operations dashboards.
- Managing prevention/resolution of operational incidents and problems.
- Identifying, implementing, and tracking opportunities for operational process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Defining the scope of work with PO/SM to create a detailed work plan and sequence of tasks to achieve operational improvement.
- Determining PO/SA objectives, measures, and metrics upon which the operational process will be evaluated.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Facilitating collaboration between support teams to address or troubleshoot process gaps and issues.
- Understanding of reasons and impacts of data anomalies, exceptions, and changes in operations metrics.
- Communicating relevant process information and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with Agile Methodologies.
- Providing DevOps support.
- Working with monitoring and alerting tools (New Relic, Big Panda).
