Imbue Systems is a young IT company where we are creating Medical, Enterprise, Consumer Web and Mobile software that is distributed mostly in the USA. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist that would help us make our customers happy!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email, and Zoho Desk quickly and effectively. This includes troubleshooting their issues and might require logging in to their server using remote desktop control
- Guide our customers through onboarding. The ability to create educational videos would be a plus
- Help with improving our product by passing along unique questions and challenges that you see our customers are experiencing
- Take part in testing the software you are supporting
- Make our customers happy
- Good communication skills in the English language, as our clients are English speakers
- Passion for resolving problems
- Readiness to lend a helping hand, and pass on the knowledge as you grow with the company.
- Ability to work late, mostly from 4 pm to 12 am Minsk time, and be available during Holidays in Belarus when it is a working day in US.
- Basic IT knowledge/experience (working with Windows, Windows Server, Google Docs/Sheets, Remote Desktop Connection)
- SQL knowledge would be a plus
- Strong desire to learn and be open to new things
- Comfortable office in the center of Minsk (5 minutes walk from Akademia Navuk underground station). Although most of the team is working remotely at this tough COVID-19 time
