Responsibilities :
Not less than 3-years of experience in User Support Services and one of the Systems listed below:
1. HP OpenView Service Desk;
2. Jira;
3. Hardware Inspector;
4. SAP;
5. Receiving telephone and e-mail requests and handling of these requests (not less than 1500 requests per month).
6. Working experience with Incident Management/Problem Management;
7. Deep knowledge of information technologies, computer and office equipment, software;
8. Advanced Microsoft Office User;
9. Regulatory document development.
Requirements :
-
Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field;
- Certificate of Excellence not less than: “ITIL Foundation” or “COBIT 5 Foundation”- IS MANDATORY!!!
- Knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendation;
- ENGLISH- not less than B2 level.
Conditions:
- (!!!) Shift work at the West Qurna-2 oilfield, LUKOIL Project (Republic of Iraq). 28 days work/ 28 days off.
- Salary is about 160-175 USD per day.
