Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Job Description:

Java, J2EE/Spring Suite, SOAP, REST APIs, Microservices applying Reactive patterns, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis...) Azure, Pivotal, DevOps and CI/CD tools, Kafka, Spark, Jira & confluence

• 7+ years of hands-on programming and integration experience (Java, J2EE/Spring, SOAP, REST APIs)
• Four (4) years of experience in designing and developing Microservices applying Reactive patterns
• Four (4) years of experience in developing and designing solutions for high traffic/high volume in consumer facing industry domains.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
• 2+ Experience in No-SQL and in-memory DB (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis...) is strongly preferred.
• 2+ Experience in Microsoft Azure, Pivotal, DevOps and CI/CD tools and processes is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platform services and application development using Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• 3+ Experience in high-performance and high-frequency data streaming (using Kafka, Storm etc.) and handling large volume of batch data (using Spark) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the e-commerce domain, with deep understanding of product search and browse, catalog and master data management, pertaining to Retail/Grocery industry is preferred.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.

• Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Strong experience building consumer facing solutions and building applications on the public cloud.
• Deep knowledge of scalability, security and maintainability of high-volume Internet applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
