Looking for 7+ years of Java Backend Developer or Full stack Developer +JSP + agile
Contract center experience (Cisco /Genysis) 2 - 3 years
IVR application experience (Cisco UCCE -platform or CVP Call studio or other platforms or 2 years at least of experience in contact center)
CVP Call Studio experience Required
- Self-Initiated and motivated team player and a quick learner
- Performs complex development using Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanba
- Develops and maintains full stack applications
- Understands CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advises and Leads software development services typically in a defined highly complex project
- Determines and makes recommendations on software design requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle/SQL
- 4+ years of experience in Spring framework
- 2+ years of experience in JavaScript related frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in any IVR (Interactive Voice Recording) applications
