I am in the first year of my engineering and my interest is towards learning programming language, right now I am learning JS, I want to know what are some best JS IDEs that I should use with it.

Just start with any IDE you like, for the beginner they all almost the same.
If you total beginner - you can start even with notepad / basic text editor. It's good to not use autocomplete functionality from IDE.

But most popular and free - they all great. For example
Visual Studio Code
or
Atom Text Editor
