Soshace is a recruitment agency that has been joining IT professionals and companies since 2015.
We are looking for an Junior IT Recruiter for our recruitment team.

Main responsibilities:

• Working with incoming traffic of talents and clients;
• Determining the client's needs;
• Proposing suitable talents for companies;
• Negotiating with job conditions with talents and clients;
• Concluding recruitment contracts;
• Maintaining long-term relationships with companies and talents;
• Ongoing work in CRM;

We expect you to have:

• Experience in a recruiting agency and experience in working with IT positions is a plus but not required;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Advanced;
• High level of self-organization, punctuality;
• The preferred work schedule is from 11.00 to 20.00 Moscow time;
