SUMMARY:

SeneGence International has embarked on a major Digital Transformation initiative intended to significantly modernize our customers’ experience of our products and services, both at the Distributor and Consumer levels. Strategically planned initiatives will upgrade our capabilities in Content, Commerce, CRM, Marketing Automation and other frontiers, while also making major advancements in our leverage of business data through the implementation of a data lake and business analytics program. Beyond this, advancements across our back-office systems and infrastructure are envisioned. As we prepare to launch this next phase of our aggressive plans, we seek a progressive technology leader to drive our CRM and Marketing platforms, which will act as the core foundations to our business-growth strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • After a comprehensive evaluation of market offerings, SeneGence has selected Magento as its e-commerce and content platform. As a next step, SeneGence will start evaluation process for future CRM and Marketing Automation Platform.
  • The SeneGence CRM Platform Manager, in full partnership with other members of the Digital Solutions team, will lead the effort to bring this platform to life from a technical perspective, to drive and implement the platform strategy for the future, and to animate the ecosystem of solutions, partners and tools which will surround it.
  • This technology leader will have a customer-focused orientation, with a business mindset, ensuring all platform strategies and initiatives are directed to growing the business and customer loyalty.
  • Leveraging hands-on technology experience and acumen, this leader will actively enable the design and execution of our e-commerce and content programs.
  • The platforms architecture will deliver performance, scalability, interface simplicity, reliability, portability, modifiability.
  • This leader will report directly to the Director of Solutions Delivery.

TECHNOLOGY:
  • BS or MS in computer science or related technical field
  • E-Commerce Architecture Experience, driving, performance, scalability, interface simplicity, reliability, portability, modifiability.
  • Strong understanding of the Magento System Architecture, Design, Theming, Functionality Enhancements, Configuration, API’s, etc.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and associated processes, teams, tools.
  • Strong implementation experience of Quality Assurance methods throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience with optimizing SEO performance through technical design.
  • Strong PHP and Magento experience with an emphasis on Object Orientated Programming.
  • Strong experience in MySQL DB.
  • Strong experience in UI development and integration for the web and mobile applications that scale to high-volume production quality.
  • Strong understanding of W3C compliant HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Experience with OWASP secure coding practices.
  • Very strong in SOLID principles and object-oriented design skills with a proven track record of well-engineered design.
  • Experience with unit testing, functional testing and a history of successful participation in Agile Processes and Scrum Teams.
  • Conceptual and implementation knowledge of MVC framework and familiarity with Design Patterns.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant, hands-on CRM implementation experience. The candidate will be fully knowledgeable in at least one CRM SaaS/PaaS architecture and understand how to design the solution for maximum agility and results.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent project management acumen, excellent vendor and partner management capability, and strong team collaboration skills to ensure new solutions are embraced throughout the organization.
  • Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts and large architectures quickly.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such us Salesforce CRM Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which will integrate with Adobe Magento and Azure Data Lake is a plus.
  • Experience in mobile development using React Native.
  • Experience using SQL Server, ASP.Net, Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Experience using Azure Cloud.
