Our team is looking for an experienced creative developer/product manager to help lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary developers, executing best in class omnichannel campaigns leveraging industry leading Programmatic Ad Servers and Ad builder/DCO [dynamic content optimization] tools.
Working directly with a wide range of tech partners, inter-agency and integrated teams, the Manager, will be a primary subject-matter expert for all addressable campaign builds, ad servers and new tech innovations. They should be comfortable working directly with multi-disciplinary team leads across the agency both in the US and supported global markets. The right candidate will be responsible for facilitating campaign executions, workflows, HTML5 dynamic ad creative development, thorough QA ensuring successful launches while contributing to the development and prototyping of new automation and brand initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop digital ad campaigns utilizing dynamic ad serving technology and standard digital creative(front-end) development best practices (HTML5, CSS , JS)
- Develop campaign level Decision Trees and Dynamic Creative Feeds utilizing various ad technology and spreadsheet tools.
- Facilitate and manage campaign delivery statuses, day to day workflow questions and ticketing
- Work with strategists and production leads to validate campaign deliverables timelines and asset requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot in-campaign performance and delivery
- Oversee the offshore tech hub teams to manage campaign deliverables, while adhering to timeline and project requirements
- Work with Ad Operations, Strategy, Production team leads to ensure campaign setups align with approved addressable strategy/tactics and ensure all formats (display, video, mobile) abide by publisher and standard IAB specs
- Contribute to the development of innovative and automated solutions to deliver personalized content at scale.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 working at a Creative, Ad Technology and or Digital Agency
Primary Skills, Prerequisites and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to balance campaign objectives and time-to-market requirements without compromising product quality
- Strong understanding of IAB Standards and Digital Ad Formats & specifications
- Working knowledge of Project Management & DevOps tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, Asana, Github
- Digital Creative Development(front-end) or relevant ad technology background with 3+ years experience
- 1+ years working with internal and third-party APIs [REST, SOAP, JSON] like Open Weather Map or CRM data
- Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative with the ability to build dynamic ad campaigns (HTML5 banner and video) from the ground up and collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Detailed oriented with the ability support development team through day-to-day campaign deliverables, troubleshooting and Quality assurance
- Ability to write clean, scalable/modular code through source control (Git, HTML/CSS/JS,Excel)
- Experience working with third party ad servers such as Google Marketing Platform, Sizmek, Jivox, Innovid and Spirable
- Strong understanding of the US data and ad tech ecosystem essential, with a focus on programmatic, and dynamic ad technology (display, social, and addressable TV)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Familiarity working with Creative Assets and Design apps such as the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD)
- Preferred Skills and Prerequisites (a plus but not required)
- 1+ years Python experience or comparable programming language
- Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and best practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment
- Experience working with excel formulas for data matching, aggregation, and math
- Experience with database systems, Website CMS tools queries and normalization
- Basic understanding and ability to work in After Effects as needed.
- Working knowledge of data factors driving project success (e.g. PII vs. anonymized data, cookies vs. people, panels vs. census, passive vs. active/survey data, fused vs. matched data, etc.)
