Summary:
- Code maintenance and customer support issue resolution rather than new code generation. Supporting two products - 6375350121956 as well as - 6375350121956
- Well-versed with code maintenance and customer support issue resolution rather than new code generation.
- Work closely with DevOps, other development teams and customer support to stabilize the product and ensure good customer outcomes.
- Proficient at code deciphering and to explore code and documentation to resolve problems.
Typical issues include:
- Existing code doesn’t work, can you fix it. Identify issues, debugging.
- Functional maintenance for clients who are leveraging the platforms day to day.
- A customer is not receiving the correct content, why?
- Monitor the clients news content, and make sure they are getting the correct news and social media content.
- Create tasks that run 24/7 for customers to enrich their news.
Team Structure:
- 4 Software Developers
- 1 lead developer
- 1 QA
Required Skills:
- 4+ years with C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, SQL, RabbitMQ, angular, supporting existing code, fixing bugs, maintained legacy systems
- Interact with customer support teams to fix issues
- interact with other teams to resolve issues
- Be familiar with Scrum & Kanban processes
- Kafka is a plus
