The Dynamics CRM Architect will provide enterprise CRM vision, architecture and design for the organization. As the CRM Architect you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on MS Dynamics and instrumental in the architecture and development of CRM Solutions. You'll partner a team of developers and work closely with business stakeholders, leading and delivering CRM solutions. The right candidate will be a Microsoft/ power platform enthusiast. Responsibilities:
- Lead a small group of developers and work with project managers using an agile/scrum methodology to deliver quality CRM solutions
- Architect and develop solutions to integrate Dynamics with other technologies ie. SharePoint, TEAMS and PowerBI
- Design, customize and configure Dynamics CRM solutions
- Interface with business stakeholders and demonstrate expertise in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform for Enterprise workflows
- Be responsible for resolving issues in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service
- Implement proper engineering and delivery processes for Dynamics
- Convert business processes and requirements into CRM configuration using the CRM UI to make changes to the system, workflows, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, correct, and prevent the recurrence of issues related to the CRM system. Communicates status of issues and high-priority cases to users and management as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in Developing/Architecting services related to D365 CRM, Power Platform, leveraging Common Data Services, .NET Core, Azure DevOps
- Development and customization experiences
- Experience with leading Dynamics CRM implementations
- Hands-on configuration and development experiences with any of following modules are highly desirable
- Experience with CRM configuration, workflows / Microsoft Flow
- Personal passion for technology - stay up to date with the latest and greatest, and when new technology offers opportunity for the team, be able to pitch it in with enthusiasm
- Ability to lead, communicate and understand the business impact (ie. understanding the crm licensing constraints, architecting solutions etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Developing/Architecting services related to D365 CRM, Power Platform, leveraging Common Data Services, .NET Core, Azure DevOps
