Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Lead to facilitate data integration requirement elicitations
- Lead the design of underlying data structures and data flows
- Collaborate with system SMEs to define data requirements for testing, deployment and production
- Monitor data flows and quality across multiple environments (e.g., Dev, CAT, Staging, Prod)
- Work with Product Owner and SolutionArchitect to document detailed integration designs and data requirements (e.g., data flow diagrams, integration diagrams)
- Conduct data mapping activities among source and downstream systems
- Document detailed data mapping designs•Support Data Developers in executing the integration design
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Support data migration activities
- Migrate integration workflows and data to production environment
- Conduct deployment reviews and resolve issues identified
- Work with Product Owner & Technical Lead to understand requirements and prioritize integration/enhancement requests
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deploying and configuring integration applications in MuleSoft any point platform
- Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Strong Experience with Runtime Fabric and Hybrid Deployment Model
- Strong experience with Jenkins scripts for deployment Automation
- Significant understanding of Microservice patterns & concepts & the deployment patterns
- Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals and API analytics based on technical specifications with MuleSoft API manager
- Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g. SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, oAuth)
- Ability to interface with clients, technology partners, testing, architecture and analysis groups
- Deep experience with Any point Platform, Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric, API Management
- Develop CI/CD DevOps Automation pipelines with the Mulesoft platform for building Microservices
- Prepare documentation where necessary, including training, process flows, system structure, network deployment architecture etc
- Design system with the right mix of Monitoring, Alerting and Tracing
- Experience in Monitoring, reporting and alerting tools
- Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certifications Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies
- At least 1 year of experience working within the Federal Government
- Federal Clearances or ability to be cleared
- U.S. Citizenship Required
