RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Fortune 100 client in Durham, NC is looking for an Operations Production Analyst on a long-term contract basis! Summary: The Operations Production Analyst needs to have at least a working knowledge of database management, multiple operating systems, and multiple programming languages. You will perform, and manage Low to Medium production (Technical) support tasks and activities that require good subject matter knowledge regarding application, and its functionality along with the key technology using which the application is developed (e.g., incident, change, problem management, controls, monitoring production processing) and ITIL framework, as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure manual. This specialization requires an understanding of DevOps Development, which ensures delivery pipeline from dev/test, staging and production and perform A/B testing. The Operations Production Analyst automates, measures, and optimizes the system performance and processes. The Analyst also designs using tools like: Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Gradle, Chef, Puppet, Docker, and UrbanCode.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience on Help Desk, L2 and application support
• Experience on K8S & Docker & Linux/Unix env maintenance
• Experience in Jenkins, Grafana, Helm and relevant DevOps tools/technologies
• Good study capability and willing to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in agile way of working
• Experience in Java, PHP, JS, HTML development
• Experience in DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL
