Oracle Database Administrator, Senior
Key Role:
Establish and manage data access and support practices for oracle database technology. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to solve database issues. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. This position is located onsite at Kirtland AFB, NM. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle database administration on production servers with server configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, and outstanding troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with database design and development
- Experience with identifying and resolving issues that could impact system performance, reliability, and usability proactively
- Experience with database architecture and implementation in a Cloud environment
- Experience developing DDLs to create and update data structures
- Knowledge of SQL tuning, including producing, and evaluating Explain Plans
- Knowledge of AWS and RDS
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Experience with DevOps or Agile development environment
- Experience with large-scale data migrations
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse design
- Ability to work closely with Software Engineers and DevOps personnel
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to resolve problems professionally, lead working groups, negotiate, and create consensus
- Master's degree
