The Strategic Services & Advanced Technology (SSAT) is hiring a Principal Engineer to join the CRM Core Technology Team. The Principal Engineer will help to drive Salesforce initiatives across enterprise and plays important role to define and evolving CRM Integration strategy, drive adoptions and POC's to support LOB requirements. Accountabilities include partnering with the various Salesforce technology teams across organization supporting a highly complex integrations platform by providing DevOps capabilities and adoption of new enhanced and automated processes and tools.
We are looking for a Principal Engineer, forward thinker with a passion for Technology and Innovation and who enjoys and thrives on solving complex problems through innovation impacting change at scale. You will join an elite team of engineers driving Technology's transformation by introducing enterprise capabilities and products, launching new platforms, building tools, automating away complex issues, and integrate with the latest technology. The team will leverage experience as software engineers and systems engineers/administrators and work closely with the rest of the development and architecture teams.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of technical engineering experience
- 5+ years of Agile experience
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience
- 7+ years of DevOps experience
- 4+ years of Windows or Linux scripting experience
- 5+ years of configuration experience with Cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or MS Azure
- 10 + years of technology management experience

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of development experience with one or more of the following: Java, C++, C#, C, or .NET,Mulesoft, Informatica
- Experience with one or more software development languages: Ruby, Python, JSON
- Experience with one or more Data/Data Structures: Kafka, Apache Airflow, Logstash, Spark, Oracle, SQL, Mongo, Hadoop, Cloudera, S3
- Knowledge of one or more additional capabilities: AIOps (Moogsoft, BigPanda, UIpath), Robotic Processing, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) Frameworks, Capacity Management
- Experience with one or more Testing Frameworks: Accelq, Selenium, JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center, Perfecto, Cucumber, Gherkin, ALM, Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Simian Army, Toxi Proxy
- Hands on in depth technical understanding of development, Tooling and integrations
- Solid DevOps adoption and transformation background both in creating capabilities, driving large scale adoption and measuring results
- Experience with JavaScript framework (YUI, Angular, Node)
