Required:
- Strong Product Management background
- SAFe experience and certifications (PO/PM, APM, etc)
- Strong experience using Scrum and other Agile methodologies with development and non-development teams (can be marketing, sales, etc)
- Experience working with Team of Team / ART / Program Level
- Experience with developmental and operational value stream workshops and mappings
- Experience with building and implementing Lean Portfolios
- Experience with at least one Agile tool as a power user
Desirable:
- Experience working as Product Owner and/or Product Manager in SAFe environment highly desirable
- Comfortable working with Enterprise Agile Coaches to align coaching practices and deliverables with organizational Agile maturity
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Experience with Azure DevOps board, Jira, and associated reporting highly desirable
- Experience with a PO/PM CoP (Community of Practice)
