You will serve as the Production and Defect Support for a team developing new programs and maintain existing systems with AT&T. What will your job look like?
- Self-starter takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.
- Ability to work under pressure; strong organizational skills; good judgment and decision making.
- Ability to establish positive, effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, positive, service-minded manner with a variety of colleagues.
- Experience using support ticketing systems is desirable.
- Being able to find the Root Cause of software defects by collaborating with different stake holders and leads.
- Should be able to collaborate with other teams and have a get things done attitude
- Must have experience working in production environment dealing with highly critical applications and reacting to issues quickly and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with multiple teams in ensuring incidents are triaged and resolved accurately
- Ensure Incidents are acknowledged and resolved within SLA
- Ensure appropriate status is visible including updates and reporting from JiraAlign/D2 JIRA or any other tool
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience of similar role
- Ability to work efficiently with the different groups remotely and locally
- Excellent communication
- Experience with OSS domain
- You will be challenged to develop new software applications
- You will take an active role in technical mentoring within the team
