This position entails cross-functional Project Management/Program Management of R&D development, tasks, and milestones, aligning with sales and marketing targets.
The Program Management Consultant is a full-time contractor position expected to last 12-16 months. Acting on behalf of the CEO and reporting to the CFO, this position drives the programs funded by a strategic investment in the Enterprise business unit.

Responsibilities
- Lead programs and projects, providing leadership and direction to team members.
- Create scope to align with goals, set milestones and targets, develop execution plans, and manage activities against their deadlines.
- Lead efforts of technical and non-technical colleagues to execute the programs and projects assigned.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
- Influence individuals and teams globally, both with and without authority, while taking responsibility for getting results.
- Facilitate sessions to maintain alignment, highlight issues, mitigate risks and drive decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with Finance to manage the program budget.
- Engage team members through consistent and shared accountability.
- Meet goals and deadlines for programs, projects, and budget.
- Help craft yearly and multi-year roadmap and budgets.
- Be a change management leader within Sectigo.
- Provide cross-discipline thought leadership and share knowledge of Change Management, Process Improvement and Organizational Alignment
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven record of designing and delivering programs that support internal company strategic objectives.
- Have a strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
- Exhibit strong executive presence to be accepted by senior level as a trusted business advisor.
- Experience working with complex teams, preferably in a global environment.
- Executed on major programs and projects with IT and technical components, software development or cybersecurity experience a plus.
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative - be a leader.
- Be accountable, adaptable, organized - manage multiple projects, prioritize based on short and long-term objectives, and advise the team and executives on tradeoffs when necessary.
