If you are an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant looking for work, we need someone like you! You could work onsite as a Senior Project Manager in the Jupiter, Florida area by joining our local client's existing team. This position is responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. The person we hire should be able to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Major responsibilities
- Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and DevOps
- Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards
- Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members
- Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
- Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist
- Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
- Directs project planning
- Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief
- Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
- Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
- Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions
- Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable
- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status
- Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments
- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills
- Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs will be the best fit for this position
- Comprehensive knowledge of cross functional project management
- CRM experience
- ERP Solutions experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification
- The person in this position should be flexible and focused
- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
