We are seeking talented individuals with advanced SQL and Java or Python
experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
• Creates automation scripts for Smoke/System Integration Testing and Regression testing.
• Assists with designing software solutions as one Team.
• Writes code, tests and deploys software. Creates advanced level SQL queries to validate ETL transmissions and validate functional requirements.
• Participates in the quality assurance process; follows procedures to ensure that all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements.
• Performs automation code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews.
• Reviews software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Plans, executes, and summarizes reliability and validation test cases, interfaces with developers on test results.
• Assists in audits and reviews. Writes and executes test plans and cases for testing of software.
• Perform installations and run quality assurance programs to test, identify, reproduce, debug, and report defects in software.
• Conduct a wide range of quality control and systematic tests and analyses to develop software and ensure that it meets or exceeds specified standards for company products.
• Design, develop, maintain and execute the automated test scripts using automation tools, and enhance the quality of the application under test.
• Execute the regression scripts to identify both functional and nonfunctional defects for each release, report and track the defects to its closure with project teams.
• Draft, modify and execute test plans and automated scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy. Analyze and write test standards and procedures by creating records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
• Analyze the web-based front-end and Identity and Access Management applications to implement the automation.
• Create Selenium scripts using JAVA for functional testing of web-based applications and add, modify, execute and maintain the automated scripts for each release. Coordinate with users to plan user acceptance, alpha and beta testing. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.
• Share automated and manual test results, Coordinate with Line of Business for the User Acceptance Testing, Assist LOB teams in functional validation and reporting in ALM.
• Conduct Alpha testing before release in QA environment, Prepare the test summary report at the testing completion that consists of requirement traceability matrix, test execution status, number of test cycles and defects summary.
• Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.
• Achieve the maximum quality of the software product by testing complex logical algorithms, extensive mathematical calculations, processing of the data at multiple stages, upstream – downstream integrations etc.
• Ensure the quality is achieved at every stage of Software Test Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle.

The preferred candidate will have the following experience and skills:
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advance SQL, ETL testing experience.
• Python or Java skills essential.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Data Analytics and ETL transmission understanding required.
• Experience with Agile and DEVOPS is required.
• Understand Business requirements and guidelines for the products.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience



Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
