We are looking for a passionate, technically strong, hands-on individuals who desire to: continuously learn, take pride in overall product quality, and collaborate with others to push the envelope in order to help solve intricate business problems with robust, finely-calibrated solutions.

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring processes and procedures in product development and design. This organizational aware position ensures the quality and integrity of all software products produced for distribution in a teamwork environment.

In this position, you will:
  • Be accountable for quality assurance and testing of complex systems.
  • Design and develop test scripts and adapt testing scripts from source manufacturers.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts with some assistance.
  • Develop and configure the continuous testing platform with some assistance.
  • Coordinate the timing of releases and executes release management processes.
  • Conduct pre-and post-implementation testing.
  • Create test plans.
  • Conduct defect tracking.
  • Coordinate user acceptance in accordance with the specifications established.
  • Conduct load testing and regression testing.
Education & Experience

Required

4 years of experience working in quality assurance, system testing and/or development role required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field preferred. No degree would require an additional 4 years of experience.
(Degree or Internship can substitute for experience pending review). Experience may include any combination of the following:
  • Experience in applying automated testing tools/frameworks for successful software projects and understanding the strengths and limitations of various testing tools.
  • Experience using a Test Automation tool, such as Selenium, QTP
  • Experience with at least one coding language: C#, C, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience of testing web-based systems, including the user interface/web screen, and XML interface specifications
  • Experience of SQL and database testing
Preferred
  • Experience using JIRA, Selenium
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Industry-specific certifications
  • Agile Certifications such as CSD, CSM
  • Other appropriate certifications such as ITIL or PMP
Other Requirements

This position requires the physical ability to perform extensive repetitive motions in using a computer and the routine use of other office equipment.
