About the Team: Our Commercial Banking division uses technology driven by innovative minds like yours to provide companies, as well as real estate owners and investors with a range of financial solutions designed to help them achieve their business goals. With annual client revenues ranging from $20 million to over $2 billion, the service and the solutions we provide is critical to both our and our clients' success.
- Experience administrating one or more Salesforce instances and understanding Salesforce application development model
- Actively monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues, communicate to the team and follow-up on the fixes
- Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, migrations and related processes.
- Develop software to automate manual operational tasks
- Analyze patterns of production incidents, develop permanent remediation plans, and implement automation to prevent future incidents from occurring through software engineering
- Create and implement blueprints for the end-to-end deployment of infrastructure, configurations, and applications working with application and infrastructure teams
- Support teams in running, maintaining, and improving the service against established Service Level Objectives by applying software engineering principle.
- Responsible for the tools, solutions, and deployment to ensure availability, performance, change management, monitoring, and capacity management of services meets SLO/SLIs
- Engage with the production support and development team throughout the life-cycle to help build for reliability
- Be able to split efforts between operational and engineering assignments
- Test our system integrity, implemented designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed
- Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment
- Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in the use of DevOps tools (i.e. Bitbucket, Jenkins, Automated deployment, Sonar tools) with CICD capabilities and Agile practices
- Production support background with emphasis on the production change and incident process will be a plus
- Strong server OS scripting and automation experience (Windows and Linux)
- Well versed in Pivotal/AWS Cloud, Docker Container, Unix, and Windows
- Strong knowledge in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Groovy , Powershell or Golang and source code management systems like Bitbucket (GIT)
- Strong observability experience: monitoring, telemetry collection, and data analysis tools such as Grafana, Geneos, Prometheus, Appdynamics / Dynatrace , InfluxDB, Kafka, Splunk, etc
- Experience with Testing Tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Jmeter
- Experience with containers and container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience in J2EE/.NET, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, and SCCM
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- A good team player, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Establish DevOps Engineering best practices
