An employer in the Orlando market is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to temporarily join their team. The Consultant will be responsible for leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and work with business functions to uncover opportunities for business improvement through SFDC enhancement. Evaluate new business project requests, assess business value, and assist servicing leaders to prioritize. Define, document and groom user stories and business processes, especially for customer servicing. Responsible for development of declarative solutions based on requirements, user stories, and technical solutions that align with acceptance criteria, declarative development best practices, and DevOps capabilities. Partner with development teams, Enterprise Architecture, Middleware and DBA teams, Project Management/Delivery, Service Validation and Test, Operations and others in IT and the Business teams to consistently deliver optimal solutions. Responsible for following the prescribed development processes, frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Member of cross functional agile team responsible for on-time delivery of optimal solutions. Maintain and extends these orgs by providing out of the box declarative solutions including workflows, process builders, omni-channel routing, reports, dashboards, quick actions, lightning console applications, etc.
Primary focus is to support AVP, Enterprise CRM Technology to support multiple business teams
Engage with stakeholders to evaluate requests, confirm scope, and prioritize tasks
Assist business partners to discuss ideas/needs; complete creation of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Ensure requests meet definition of done with complete acceptance criteria, supporting documents, and identify dependencies
Responsible for managing the backlog and leading grooming to review finalized user stories with the IT team(s)
Lead the team in planning and creation of UAT test plans
Lead the team in creation and execution of pre and post project implementation plans
Communicate with senior leadership on a regular basis project status, potential delays and any timeline changes

Computer Science Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce Certifications (Sr Admin/Developer/Consultant)
3+ years experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Implementation and Administration with Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel Routing, CTI Integration, Bots, Flows, Einstein NBA/Recommendations/Models, Workflows, Email Services, Custom Objects, Custom Setting, Approval Processes
Working knowledge of Flows, Canvasing, Apex, Visualforce Pages and Components, external services, and web services
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; effective listening skills; expertise in setting and managing IT teams and customer expectations
Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior management relating to Project change, mitigation of risk, etc.
Adept with Microsoft Office solutions including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ideal candidate is able to juggle multiple support and development efforts, has a experience working directly with business partners to identify problems, propose solutions, and has experience working with a wide variety of development teams such as CRM, y Analytics & reporting, and web applications
