Robert Half is partnering with an enterprise organization who is seeking a Scrum Master to join their organization.
The requirements of the role are as followed:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SCRUM
Job Duties/Roles
1. Clearing obstacles.
2. Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.
3. Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team.
4. Manage backlog and run meetings for grooming and sprint planning.
5. Ensure that team capacity meets planning.
6. Monitor burndown rate.
7. Ensure high team morale.
8. Maintain and manage the methodology that allows balancing flexibility and stability in the management of technology projects and functions.
9. Work with resource managers to organize the teams to ensure the design of the project requirements.
10. Ensure the flow of value of the projects by ensuring the clients participation in the different iterations of the projects.
11. Ensure adaptability in the creation and deployment of technology products and services.
12. Maintain project framework that ensures iterative adaptation to offer incremental value in projects.
13. Ensure transparency, monitoring and inspection and adaptation in the management of business process control projects.
Lead and guide the organization in the adoption of the SCRUM methodology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)
1. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
2. Use of Azure Devops to lead Agile or scrum projects
3. Experience in working in an agile setting.
4. 5+ years working as a scrum master leading multiple teams.
5. 3+ years in Project Management, Process Knowledge, SCRUM Methodology.
6. Software Product Development.
7. Understanding of data warehousing principals & concepts, and technical knowledge related to data management.
8. Change management, service requests, problem management, knowledge management.
9. Experience managing Dashboards for reporting.
10. Ability to give presentations and updates to all levels in an organization.
Required/Preferred Education Requirements
BS degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Systems Administrator Engineering or similar; SAFe certified; SCRUM Certified
