- · Previous experience as a Project Manager
- · Experience working with app dev dev teams
- · Demonstrated experience in managing projects involving multiple applications and departments
- · Kanban experience – hands-on experience
- · Worked with projects heavy in analytics and reporting
- · Technical background or solid understanding of app development
- · Adept at using documentation tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and industry-standard project management tools (Azure dev-ops)
- · Ability to manage potentially complex matrixed reporting relationships well
- · Proficient and demonstrable knowledge of essential leadership skills including conflict management, change management, talent management, giving and receiving feedback, creating, and communicating clear and realistic goals, creating accountability, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding results
