Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Cloud Automation Engineer (multiple positions) in Minneapolis, MN. Duties: Work with various technology teams to implement cloud capable security technologies with an automated and pattern-driven approach. Ensure overall compliance across the cloud environments by writing automation to meet all the standard CIS benchmarks across the Bank's cloud posture. Develop, maintain and enhance security policies and guard rails in the cloud environments to meet the industry cloud security standards. Support automation services, including implementing automation and custom API's for provisioning, network and security services for the Bank’s public cloud platforms. Integrate security tools with the Bank’s standard CI/CD platform and emerging technologies. Design, implement, and test features end to end to ensure quality. Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure. Create supporting documentation and utilize self-documenting scripting/coding techniques for service consumers and business users to understand the products. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $130,998.00 - $166,000.00.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: 1. Devops; 2. Python; 3. Google Cloud; 4. Design & Architecture; 5. Terraform; 6. CI/CD; 7. Kubernetes; 8. GIT; 9. Bash Scripting; 10. Linux; 11. Agile; 12. AWS. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telework available anywhere in the U.S.
