We are looking for a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join NVIDIA’s RAPIDS Operations team. RAPIDS is the open-source suite for GPU-accelerated data science, spanning from ETL and data transformation to visualization, graph analytics, and machine learning. RAPIDS supports customers and partners ranging from individual data scientists to the world’s largest supercomputers and Fortune 500 companies. As a DevOps engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to help support and grow the RAPIDS project. You will work closely with RAPIDS development teams to help build, test, and package C++ and Python libraries as well as containers.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, build, and test CI/CD pipelines to build and publish RAPIDS libraries
Help developers to build and publish Conda packages
Build and debug Docker containers
Automate everything that can be automated
Help to operate and run our infrastructure and development processes
What we need to see:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience
Excellent programming and debugging skills in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Groovy preferred)
Good knowledge of CI/CD and related tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions)
Experience with container technologies especially building (Docker, Kubernetes)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Conda and/or PyPI packaging
Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu and CentOS strongly preferred)
Background with configuration management tools such as Ansible
You have worked with cloud services (AWS, Azure and others)
Prior work with open-source development and community building on GitHub

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires that NVIDIA provide the compensation range and benefits offered for this position if performed in Colorado. The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $126,000.00 - 173,250.00 USD.
