One of the most important tasks for the nearest future is to improve our existing CI/CD infrastructure to make our growth easier.
Technical stack, tools and instruments that we use:
GNU/Linux, AWS, Kubernetes (we are in the process of migrating to it), Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Kafka, PostgreSQL and others.
Core backend is mainly written in Python

What you will do in this role
- Make the life of both RnD and SRE teams easier - let developers deploy new services fast and ensure future smooth operation when transferred into production
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback to improve the quality of software code
- Partner with other team members: engineers and business stakeholders. We value communication and high psychological safety
- Participate in regular retrospectives, with a reasonable number of things to discuss and improve as a team and personally
What we do:

- Proficiency in practicing Continuous Integration and Delivery (using Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Application Containers (Docker)
- Good knowledge of GNU/Linux OS (we mainly use Debian-based distros)
- Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python
- Experience in at least some of the following areas:
- AWS and other IaaS providers
- Configuration management and automated deployment tools (Ansible)
- Ability to crack tough challenges fast
- Interest in attacking state-of-the-art technology and pushing boundaries with the team
- English language: at least intermediate
- For senior positions: 3+ years’ experience in one of the above fields
- Transparency of business strategies.
