Specific-Group Software Solutions develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and USA. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno).
Currently we are seeking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing team located in Minsk.
Partner description: Fondsdepot Bank is the leading platform for trading and holding of funds in Germany, cooperating with more than 200 sales partners, including Germany's largest insurance and financial sales companies. Bank leverages their in-house expertise - from legal to IT to operations and their own customer care center, that makes them the only fund platform in Germany that is functionally completely independent. The platform provides robust APIs for operations with personal depot account and investment portfolios to ease the integration of these services into their own and partner's applications. The project scope is to re-design of financial investment solution, moving the existing logic to modern set of segregated services with based on microservices architecture together with setting up new infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Define, automate and maintain the software build and delivery process, using CI/CD tools
- Define, implement and maintain application configuration for the Spring and JavaEE technology stack (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Keycloak, etc.)
- Work closely with the developers to maintain the development infrastructure components (BitBucket, Nexus, SonarCube, etc)
- Participate in all release activities
- Coordinate with internal and external teams responsible for infrastructure, release management and database administration
- Support and work with the development team through the technical challenges of Cloud transformation
- Proactively identify and drive automation of tasks associated with end-to-end deployment delivery
- Consulted for input on project estimation
- Drive the end-to-end stability & availability of tools & environments by supporting build and deployment requests
- Strong technical background in IT
- 3+ years in developing and automating cloud solutions directly related to setting up and configuring Container Platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery incl. infrastructure automation
- Expert knowledge of private, public and hybrid cloud architecture, networking, workload types, migration patterns and tools
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployments using Linux, Docker, Git, SystAdmin / IT-Ops, Build-Pipelines and CI/CD Tooling (Jenkins, Maven, etc)
- Knowledge of Shell scripting, the Java Technology Stack and basic DB administration
- Experience with Docker Compose, Docker Swarm, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus, Maven, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix
- Understanding basics of Kubernetes
- Professional commitment to quality, detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional distributed team
- Proactive position is a ‘must-have’
