Technical PEGA Manager
-Expertise and SME in Card payments , Dispute management, Case Handling
- Structures the technical work of a portion of a project or a small project
- Provides technical leadership to team members
- Develops or assists in the development of technical strategy
- Creates or assists in the creation of project plans
- Assists in the design of the systems and application programs
- Manages the execution of a project plan, including quality and completion of own work while simultaneously monitoring the work of team members
-Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications
- Expertise in pega ruleset designing, versioning, Packaging, deployments, Class structure design and defining application structure.
-Expertise in setting up application security.
- Expertise with Debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, Tracer, DB Tracer, PLA and analyzing logs, alerts and guardrails.
- Expertise using JIRA, ALM, RTC, Smart CI/CD.
- Expertise in Java, Java script, Oracle-SQL, Microservices Architecure, HTML, XML
- Expertise in Agile methodology and DevOps.
- Strong application development skills & experienced with implementation of PRPC applications in v5.1 and PRPC v5.5, v6.1, v7.1 and v7.3 using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodology
- Deep technical expertise of flows, User interface, declarative rules, activities, reports, agents, integrations such as
SOAP, JMS, REST, File listeners
-Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
-Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas
-Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals
-Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations
-Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
