As a Senior Manager on the Engineering Productivity team, you will be supporting an extremely talented, motivated and inspired group of engineers that champion a world-class engineering culture across the company. You will get an opportunity to build the vision and roadmap to have a tremendous impact on thousands of engineers and drive initiatives in source code management, build and test tooling, end-to-end CI/CD pipeline workflows. You will also get an opportunity to empower and help the engineers grow in their careers and rise to tackle more and more challenging problems.
Your Impact
Lead by example, mentor the team and establish credibility through quality technical execution and pitch in with hands on help as needed to help the team deliver on their objectives/goals
Develop, mentor and train the engineers on standard methodology from Infra orchestration to troubleshooting product workflows and infrastructure
Own the strategy and development of the roadmap and inspire engineering best practices to plan and execute critical, large-scale and company-wide initiatives
You will apply engineering leadership and deep knowledge of infrastructure and software development at scale to lead the operation, adoption, and evolution of these services
A commitment to recruiting, growing and inspiring a diverse, equitable, respectful team and workplace
Develop tight relationships with partners across the entire company, ensuring that product needs are met from an operations perspective
Qualifications
Your Experience
Significant experience supporting a team of engineers and a track record of enabling, empowering and growing the team
Extensive SRE/DevOps/Tools Engineering expertise
A deep understanding of Engineering Productivity tools and platforms
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
Highly technical background with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team to accomplish their goals and objectives
Bonus:
