The 1ES CI/CD Program Management team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to help to help us drive improvements in engineering processes, tools and services that Microsoft engineers use every day with the goal of helping them to move from ideas to shipping features faster, and with less friction.

The 1ES CI/CD team is responsible for ensuring that all developers at Microsoft can ship faster, and with less friction. To meet that goal, we offer a set of high scale Azure services that enable even the largest codebases at Microsoft to have efficient, fast pipelines. This role is focused on the testing aspect of the CI/CD process. You will work to ensure these services meet customer demands in terms of performance, reliability and security while providing a world class experience. Especially important is to figure out how to anchor these services to both the Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines, as 1ES is on a journey to bring all of Microsoft and LinkedIn to GitHub in the coming months and years. You will work across several world class engineering teams and organizations to devlier test features that improve engineering satisfaction, productivity, and security.

The right candidate will possess a technical background, your customers will be internal Microsoft developers and their Engineering Systems teams. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience delivering features into commercially shipping software products.
- 5+ years of Program Management or Software Development or related experience
- Master’s degree in computer science or human factors design
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated cross team collaboration and project execution capabilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Developer Experience is a large plus
