Track BPS (program through client in commercial) focused on building next generation B2B for client, goal is to optimize and take friction away with point to point solutions between buyers and suppliers used in payments space. Reduce friction by creating open network that enables buyer companies to interact through vile agents with sup plier agents (financial institutions) to make and receive payments. Cards/ACH/real time payments. Looking for innovations and creating new business opportunities enabling just in time funding.

As a Software Test Engineer on the Client B2B Payments team, you’ll work with modern full-stack test practices & tools to create world-class, cloud-native, SaaS services running on PCF. We’re building a global B2B platform to help businesses of all sizes streamline how they manage payments when buying or selling products & services. As a global business, the software you develop and test for Client will operate at a massive scale, requiring a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
Candidate will work in our Client tech hub in Arlington, VA, which provides a state-of-the-art environment for technology teams to thrive in a collaborative Agile engineering culture. Candidate will be a key part of how Client transforms the B2B space using cloud-native technologies.
Role:
- Defining automation plans to support the Track BPS payment (SaaS) services.
- Lead automation efforts, and explore new test automation tools and methods.
- Ensure quality at scale by establishing processes and Client approved toolset to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports.
- Collaborate with product managers, the program development team(s), DevOps, and TechOps teams to ensure test readiness for new releases.
- Coding experience with automation framework, tools Cucumber, Selenium, Rest-Assure
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and review Pull Requests using Git
- Knowledge of internationalization and localization processes, tools, and technology.
- Ensure test plan adherence to Client approved best practices and governing models, including security, operations, and Enterprise Architecture requirements.
All About Candidate:
- Candidate have a solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals.
- Candidate have experience with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular.
- Candidate have experience testing applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Candidate have experience testing apps using storage technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Candidate have experience with automated testing and tools, ideally ones such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, and REST-assured/RestSharp.
- Candidate have exposure to successfully releasing software in a continuous delivery model using Git.
- Candidate enjoy working in an Agile team focused on continuous improvement.
- Candidate have a strong desire to learn best practices, modern software testing techniques, and collaborate within a team.
- Candidate are passionate about the art of delivering the highest quality software to customers and stakeholders.
