RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a Retail Client located in Rocklin, CA. Responsibilities of a Software Engineer :

• Software Engineer will design and support data networks for data centers, corporate facilities, retail stores, distribution centers, call centers, and eCommerce environment
• As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, implement, and support network solutions for IT projects
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Deep knowledge and experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 6.X and higher
• Experience building and deploying Elastic stack in a scalable clustered and containerized

environment

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts and deployment
• Familiar with deploying Kubernetes using orchestrator like Rancher
• Experienced in Ansible automation
• Elastic stack administration, performance and capacity management including Index curation/retention management
• Advanced dashboard creation using Kibana and other tools like Grafana Logstash and pipeline configuration and grok experience
• Working knowledge of Elastic Beats Filebeats, Packetbeats, Metricbeats
• You have superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• You are proficient working in a complex, dynamic technical environment
• Ability to perform work onsite in the Rocklin office full-time pending state, local, and

Programming Skills:

• * Linux - must have
• Microsoft O365 - must have
• Python - must have
• Java - desired
• Version control systems: Familiarity with Git desired.
• Familiarity with the principles of DevOps
