ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

- Backup and Restore for hybrid cloud environment
- High Availability for hybrid cloud environment
- Virtualization (VMware / OVM)
- Compute (CISCO UCS experience a plus / HPE / Dell)
- Email (Exchange Hybrid)
- Storage (Nimble / Dell)
- Citrix (Receiver / Workspace / Netscaler)
- AD, ADFS, AAD, DNS, DHCP, 3rd party SSO
- Scripting (PowerShell, Perl, Python, etc.)
- DLP • MFA • SCCM experience desired
- Windows Server 2008 - 2019

- Multi-site disaster recovery experience a plus
- MS SQL experience a plus
- Linux experience
- Clear understanding of data center networking concepts
- Firewall, load balancer, data center routing and switching experience a plus
- WAN and LAN networking knowledge a plus
- Cyber Security Incident Management and Response experience a plus
- DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD experience a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (educational equivalent) with 4+ years' experience or 8+ years' experience, in lieu of education, in a client/server environment, preferably with global infrastructure footprint.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Operating System, Microsoft Technology Stack (AD, ADFS, AAD, DNS), VMware ESXi, Storage, Server Hardware, and MS Exchange (Hybrid) is required; Azure and O365 desired.
- Operational knowledge of Citrix, Cisco UCS, MFA, DLP, Veeam, and SEP.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving and measuring service level and operations improvements; ITSM and ITIL certifications a plus.
