Omni-channel Analytics Product Team is part of the Omni-channel Engineering team within Strategic Platform tasked to build the next generation of Customer Experience Data Collection, Data Pipeline and Data Management solutions which serves our business customers with self server analytics capabilities, consolidated information in a central place and build to new data models which make analytics easy, scalable, multidimensional to slice and dice, serving operational and business needs with near real time reporting capabilities. Overall Purpose: This career step requires senior-level experience. A hands-on function that ultimately results in the delivery of an application or service. Responsible for translating the core architecture for business requirements into the final technical solutions (consisting of platform, network, software, cloud, etc.) through functional, performance, and reliability analysis using engineering models and techniques, primarily through software development throughout the vertical stack. Defines designs, Provides technical enablement for application components and subsystems for an Application(s). Drive the right design decisions for the development team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Elaborate design and interfaces for specific components, including defining subsystems and interfaces. Allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context. Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partner with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces; Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives. Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline that includes Participate in planning, defining, and aiding in high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives. Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities. Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution and Enterprise Architects to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers. Participate in project planning, system, and solution demos, retrospective workshops. Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, platforms, and infrastructure.

6+ Years of development experience work and leading complex engineering projects as a full-stack developer
2+ Years experience implementing data engineering solutions on Azure or AWS
2+ years of experience in using monitoring tools such as Gateway dashboards, EFK logs, Kubernetes Dashboards, Grafana Dashboards, Etc.
3+ Years of experience with Snowflake or any other relational databases.
2+ Years of experience with CI/CD deployment pipeline functions
6+ Years experience implementing developing UI and server-side applications using Java, Javascript, React, Node JS, etc.
2+ years of experience with Docker containerization, understand and help with Deploying on K8s
3+ years of experience managing production triage, incident management, and deployment of data pipeline functions
3+ years of experience in working with DevOps
3+ years of experience designing and developing web client event data capture frameworks and integrating them with a data pipeline.
4+ years experience supporting defect management using tools, such as TDP, JIRA, iTrack, AgileCraft. Develop defect fixes, including coordinating with deployment and validation.
Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences. Data Analytics nano degree or equivalent experience.

- To develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of Omni-Channel Analytics platform enablers;
- Participate in feature and sprint planning, systems solutions demo, retrospective workshops. Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of analytics components, systems, and platforms.
- Managing Analytics Product and Tag management Release across AT&T Consumer experiences
- Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for development, testing, and implementation.
- Identify data pipeline test scenarios, write test scripts, and execute tests to support system and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in an Agile Scrum team, write/enhance/research user stories and be responsible as an SME accountable for the availability of the pipeline.
- Take the lead on on-prem Application migration to Cloud Technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years related technical architect experience.
- Proficient in Network Management, Tools and Protocols (Configuration, IP Network Address Management, Performance Management).
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure (including blade center design, data warehouse design, Ebusiness/web hosting design, etc.)
- Proficient in data communications protocols (TCP/IP, v4/v6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, GMPLS, etc.)
- Proficient in home and premise networking architectures, assessment and modeling.
- Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements for RFXs.
- Understands Virtualization, Storage and Content Deliver Networks (Cloud, CDM, Grid, SAN).
- Knowledge in voice, video, and app technologies (circuit, VoIP, SIP, IMS, AIN, Camel, etc.).
- Understands wireless technologies standards and protocols (3GPP, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, antennas, amplifiers, base stations, propagation, interference, spectrum).
- AS degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
- Experience in building multiple versions of large customer facing systems addressing performance and scale.
- Develops technical documentation on applications and systems
- Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams
