JavaScript and ServiceNow development and implementation skill required

Your Mission
- Analyze, design, and develop ServiceNow’s ITSM module business applications. Designing and implementing solutions that are simple, intuitive, and easy to use that will allow customers to seamlessly integrate with remote desktop support products, authentication software, and productivity tools.

Requirements:
- 3 years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments
- Experienced in building and supporting the ServiceNow ITSM module for customers
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
- ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist in ServiceNow’s ITSM specialty area required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer desired
- Experience working with Web Services technologies and integrations with REST APIs desired
- Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, ServiceNow and scripting
- Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player
- ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
