At least 2-3 years of experience working in an SRE Application Support.
Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or Go.
Should have Cloud Knowledge (Azure)
Should have basic knowledge with algorithms and data structures.
Problem Management - Populate in participate in (Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and hand them off to the Global Solutions team
Incident management - Act in key response roles during major incidents e.g. Sev0, Sev1.
Expertise related to DevOps engineering including version control systems (Git, SVN), automated build and testing (Jenkins, vagrant), configuration management (e.g. Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios and log aggregation tools such as Splunk
Solid understanding/experience of web services, databases and relating infrastructure/architecture
