Snowflake Developer:
- Must have hands on experience working on Snowflake data migration projects
- Must be well versed in Snowflake architecture concepts Cloud Services Virtual Warehouse Storage etc
- Must have experience implementing the different layers within Snowflake Staging Integrated and DM and performing data transformations between the different layers
- Must be able to perform batch and incremental loads within Snowflake using ETL tools Snowpipe Streams and Tasks
- Must have very strong SQL experience
- Must have strong ETL tool working experience
- Data modelling skills especially for data warehousing
- Nice to have familiarity with AWS environment such as S3 Data Pipeline VPC etc
- Good to have experience with DevOps and CI CD especially deployments to Snowflake platform
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6-12 years of total experience
- Current SnowPro Certification Preferrable (Not mandatory)
- At least two years of experience designing and delivering Snowflake solutions
- Highly proficient at SQL development
- Significant experience in Python development

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe,
- Participates in the development improvement and maintenance of database applications both as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Designs batch cycle procedures on major projects using scripting and Control M
- Performs functional analysis for major projects supporting several corporate initiatives
- Acts as an expert technical resource across functional organizations and monitors performance of project plans
- Works with IT partners and user community for project definition
- Performs independent technical analysis debugging and troubleshooting
- Performs code and unit testing for complex scope modules and projects
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of data architecture technologies across cloud platforms e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, etc.
- Experience implementing ETL pipelines using custom and packaged tools
- Participates in rotating production support activities
- Knowledge of Agile development
- Preferred Qualifications Developing ETL solutions Informatica nice to have
- Experience working with off shore environments and Financial Services will be a plus
- Lead the Snowflake technical architecture capabilities and provide oversight across multiple projects
- Develop, lead and execute the innovative Data Warehouse Technology
- Deploy Snowflake following best practices, and provide subject matter expertise in data warehousing, specifically with Snowflake
- Work hands-on with clients to demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices on Snowflake technology
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and where/how to position Snowflake
- Extensive experience with analytics/BI and the ability to communicate its value as a strategic business advantage
- Provide architecture services at a deep technical level to successfully position and deploy Snowflake
- Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
- Support other members of the Professional Services team develop their expertise
