Software Configuration Analysis/Design - Assoc
Position Description
CGI is seeking Production Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Professional Services team to support a client in Columbus, Ohio.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Plan Change Release content based on the risk level assessment and the due date.
• Review Change Release SharePoint Work Log content for accuracy, grammar, dates, etc.
• Create Word document Change Release Ticket Migration Plans using Sharepoint Work Log information provided by the developers
• Create ServiceNow Change Tickets and Tasks from the Migration Plan information
• Obtain ServiceNow Change Ticket approvals at various levels
• Obtain Technical Team Contacts to implement each Task
• Facilitate Change Release implementations
• Document and communicate planned changes to IT and NiSource
• Ensure SOX compliant content while building and executing all Changes
• Perform SOX audits after each Change for all code migrations and on request
• Perform weekly SOX audits to ensure SOX compliance of all changes
• Attend daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly meetings Change related meetings
• Perform Change Releases during non-business hours
• Assist with monitoring the status and assignments of Incidents, Service Requests and Problems
• Attend meetings for awareness of content, discussions and to learn contacts

Strong organizational skills
• Proven attention to detail and follow up
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
• Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in system development or system operations or change management
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with ITIL
