You'll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is also focused on developing and delivering cutting edged mobile applications, digital experiences and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers.

- Have strong communication skills and be able to mentor and educate others on DevOps / SRE principles and practices.
- Have the troubleshooting skills to identify and mitigate difficult and complex technical problems and the coding skills to resolve those problems permanently through engineering and automation
- Be able to work as part of a global team to achieve project and organizational goals
- Be able to create high quality software using Agile/Scrum development practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Groovy, etc)
- Exhibit an infrastructure / config / everything as code mindset
- Participated in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development environment
- Have experience with Incident and Problem management processes, being accountable for resolution, root cause analysis and technology and business reporting and communication
- 3+ years of Software Enginner Professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Cloud technologies
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins; With experience using and developing software build scripting: Maven, Gradle etc.
- Hands-on with Configuration Management (CM) tools such as Ansible, Chef and Puppet
- Strong knowledge and experience in Python, Java and Javascript, React and NodeJS
- Strong observability experience: white & black box monitoring, telemetry collection, and data analysis tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, DataDog Kafka, Splunk, etc.
- Strong server OS scripting and automation experience
- Strong experience with containers and container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
- Familiarity with best practices for infrastructure design for applications using Microservices, APIs, Big Data, and more
- Public/Private Cloud Experience AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
