About the Team: The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
As a DevOps lead for Role Based Access Control, your mission is work with IT developers to facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes:
- Automate the delivery pipeline for RBAC CPA, SAT and Scope
- Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources.
- Lead the continuous Development, Integration, testing and monitoring for CPA and SAT
- Externalize configuration management
- Work with development team leads to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of code, such as libraries or software development kits (SDKs) to run the software releases
- Collaborate with high-performing technical and business teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
- Develop features solutions for the back-end, database and messaging
- Work collaboratively in an Agile Feature team setup with team members located across different locations and time zones. Contribute to delivery success across teams as a technology coach and lead developer.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
- Scripting and coding experience using one of the following languages: Perl, Go, Python, Shell
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile Scrum process
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Scripting and coding experience using one of the following languages: Perl, Go, Python, Shell
- Strong communication skills
- History of working in and/or collaborating with teams of developers and engineers
- A security and control mindset
