The Corporate Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing the Service Now Platform solution within TJX IT. The organization delivers value to our organization by promoting and enabling Platform capabilities, in a standardized way to accelerate business productivity.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Service Now Staff Engineer to deliver Platform capabilities to increase speed of innovation and productivity. Someone who has strong leadership credentials, including the ability to define technology strategy and mentor and support more junior team members. As the Staff Engineer you will work within a SCRUM team. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions on design approaches to solving strategic and complex business problems and providing guidance and resolving development related issues. Along with providing input towards development governance (standards, processes and best practices) for the SN Platform.

We want people that are familiar with the challenges of multi-domain Service Now Implementations and have developed custom applications using agile methodologies. We need someone who understands the various ServiceNow Products (ITSM ,ITBM ,ITOM ,HR ,SecOps, CSM, GRC) and may have deep strengths in one or several of these areas and understand how the ITIL framework can be leveraged to create the best practices for the customer.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of hands on technical experience in developing, configuring of ServiceNow Components in 3 or more: GRC, Virtual Agent Enterprise Chatbot or Service Portal, HR, SecOps, CSM and ITSM (Release Management Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB).
- Scripting of Widgets, AngularJS and CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- Extensive experience in an agile development environment, including Automated Testing Framework and delivering ServiceNow Upgrades
- Familiarity Web Service Integrations (SOAP, REST and JSON), HTML, AJAX and third-party controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of DevOps concepts and tools such as Github, Jira and Confluence
- Active Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring technologies, such as Health Scans
