Sr. DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00per hr
Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer that also has some solid Site Reliability coding experience. This work will be done both on-premises and in the cloud, and they will assist with maintaining DevOps tooling to support the build and delivery pipeline automation. Along with the DevOps piece this person will assist in supporting, maintaining and improve monitoring and alerting infrastructure for applications that are cloud based as well as on-premise. Experience with New Relic and Splunk to gather performance metrics is also big must for the role! You must be capable of getting into the C# code and making modifications to the applications to improve visibility, availability and scalability.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role (strong tooling experience)
- 2+ years of experience of Site Reliability Engineering
- New Relic, Splunk
- Experience working with and provisioning AWS services
- Recent experience writing C# and .NET Core applications
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with and provisioning AWS services
- Recent experience writing scripts in Python
- Ability to write automation in Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible
- Active AWS Certified Associate Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to succinctly explain thoughts and concepts to others
- Experience in a Direct Selling or Network Marketing environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field
