Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Developer Job duties include:
- Works extensively in requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining new business process automation solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, SharePoint technologies and Office 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, Bookings, Forms and Stream.
- Builds technical data integration and workflow solutions for various clinical and non-clinical business processes.
- Assists in migrating, converting, and improving existing solutions from older versions of SharePoint and .NET applications to Power Platform and SharePoint Online platform.
- Responsible for supporting SharePoint farm and provides day to day operations support.
- Helps and guides clients to effectively use Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online and Microsoft office 365 applications and expands its capabilities throughout the organization.
- Adapts to rapidly changing requirements, deadlines, and tasks.
- Applies development best practices and design methodologies to create easy-to-use and maintainable applications.
- Learns new technologies, innovates and be aware of industry standards and trends.
- Requires advanced knowledge of system design and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies. Able to lead and manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Works closely with business stakeholders on all aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.
- Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all business process applications.
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of related work experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
Required Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive work experience in system design and developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- 5-7 years’ experience in developing, supporting, and automating solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft.NET, and database technologies.
- 2+ years’ experience in building solutions using Power Platform technologies and O365 applications.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform, Azure Ecosystem including DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of web services, scripting languages, power shell and software development lifecycle.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and determine feasible solutions.
