Role : Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager
Experience: 12+ years

Profile
Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in delivering complex projects / programs
Hands on experience in Agile Development Projects
Good to have Agile Scrum Certification and Experience in managing projects in Agile & DevOps (Azure DevOps)
Strong expertise in work planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
Experience in delivery management, various delivery models etc., and understands the Delivery cycle well
Experience in writing SOW, evaluation of preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports
Good to have technical knowledge in MS technologies, Azure, Mobile Development
Responsibilities
Deliver the programs as per agreed scope and timelines.
Work with customer business stake-holders, architects and product managers to estimate, plan and deliver projects in an Agile environment
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Build relationship with all customer stakeholders and responsible for customer satisfaction
Provide leadership to all engagements; build, engage and retain talent
Service level management - Management of SLA/KPI's across Infra, and Applications.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Active involvement in company activities including recruiting, training, performance management, capacity planning, etc.
Strong Collaboration, communication and team management skills
Ability to mentor and handle large teams and lead the development lifecycle
SLA and Contract Management, Commercial discussions & negotiations for existing and new contracts
Financial Management Revenue, Margin and Collection
Representing in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Governance reviews with customer
Working with Sales and Presales for the account mining & farming for revenue growth and expansion.
Ensuring all Compliance and Delivery Commitments are adhered
