Are you experience in full stack C#/.Net Development? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Sr. Software Developer for a Real Estate Company in Edina, MN. This is a Direct hire opportunity. This role will be responsible for performing all stages of the software development lifecycle for internal applications and databases, including analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance, and providing integration support to vendor-built software's.

This role will work closely with internal teams and outside partners to create effective digital solutions to solve business challenges and empower teams! Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge of C# and .NET and demonstrated skills in database architecture and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document and support data-driven web systems and integrations. Collaborate with business teams to translate specifications into fully functioning systems solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases and ETL services to support internal systems and reporting. Manage migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in project management activities including definition, planning, analysis, specification, documentation and testing to achieve successful implementation.
  • Coordinate and support outside development initiatives, including serving as a technical expert on the creation of and integration with third-party systems and data feeds.
Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
  • 5+ years professional experience with C# and .NET, Microsoft Development Platforms, SQL and SQL Server
  • Strong experience with database design principles, and familiarity with working with SQL creating and maintaining stored procedures
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of application development tools and languages including .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio / VS Code, Angular, Web API, Azure App Services & Databases, Azure DevOps, Azure Platform-as-a-Service (Storage Accounts, Service Buses).
  • Experience with database modeling, maintenance, and administration.
  • Experience designing, developing and deploying high-volume, multi-tiered, distributed transactional applications in waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Data Transformation Services, or Flow a plus.
  • Experience developing against, customizing, or integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, or Office 365 a plus.
  • Experience with ColdFusion to assist in supporting legacy applications a plus.
  • Ability to strategize and roadmap application integration and development.
  • Ability to write technical design and build documentation for all aspects of a technical infrastructure.
  • Ability to plan and analyze, think creatively about solutions to business problems, and initiation to manage change.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading project management activities or team leadership experience a plus
  • May be required to work on-call hours.
